1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to NunaSRQ.com and associated websites operated by Lucia Gabriela Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, registering for, or using this website, any associated websites, services, programs, or materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. PROFESSIONAL & NON-SEXUAL NATURE OF SERVICES
All services, coaching, bodywork, educational programs, immersions, and experiences offered through Nuna Holistic Retreat Center are professional, educational, therapeutic, and non-sexual in nature.
No sexual services are offered, provided, implied, or exchanged.
Any touch that may occur during bodywork or somatic education is conducted within clearly defined professional, educational, therapeutic, coaching, and consent-based boundaries.
Nuna Holistic Retreat Center reserves the right to immediately terminate any session, service, program, or professional relationship if participant behavior violates professional boundaries, safety standards, consent practices, or ethical guidelines.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase services, participate in programs, attend immersions, or engage in professional services.
By using this website and purchasing services, you represent that:
• You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• All information provided is accurate and truthful.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
5. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Somatic bodywork services are not a substitute for medical treatment, physical therapy, chiropractic care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or any licensed healthcare service.
Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical care when necessary.
8. FEES, PAYMENTS & BILLING
All services, programs, immersions, and educational experiences must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Prices, services, offerings, and packages are subject to change without notice.
Lucia Gabriela Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, services, structures, and offerings at any time.
Any applicable travel fees, setup fees, lodging fees, or additional expenses associated with private services will be disclosed prior to booking.
9. REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING & TRANSFERS
Private Sessions
All private sessions, coaching sessions, bodywork sessions, and professional services are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice.
Late cancellations or rescheduling requests are subject to the following fees:
• $100 fee for cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session.
• $250 fee for cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before a scheduled private immersion, intensive, or custom experience.
No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable and may be forfeited without rescheduling.
At the sole discretion of Lucia Gabriela Enterprises LLC, a session may be transferred to another individual.
Private Intensives & Custom Agreements
Certain services may be governed by separate agreements.
Where a separate signed agreement exists, the terms of that agreement shall control.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Client information is treated as confidential.
Lucia Gabriela Enterprises LLC does not sell personal information to third parties.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of participants or others.
Testimonials, reviews, and success stories may be shared only with permission.
11. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & HARASSMENT POLICY
Nuna Holistic Retreat Center maintains strict professional boundaries.
Sexual harassment, inappropriate conduct, threatening behavior, abusive conduct, stalking, discrimination, or repeated violations of professional boundaries will not be tolerated.
Services may be terminated immediately without refund if such behavior occurs.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion.
12. ASSUMPTION OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that participation in coaching, bodywork, educational programs, immersions, and personal development services involves personal responsibility.
You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, participation, wellbeing, outcomes, and implementation of any information received.
Results are not guaranteed.
