Trauma-Informed Somatic Intimacy Leader

Lucia Gabriela is the founder and CEO of Nuna Holistic Retreat Center and a Somatic Intimacy Leader specializing in trauma-informed relational and body-based therapies. With over fourteen years of professional experience, she supports individuals and couples in healing the impact of emotional and sexual trauma, restoring somatic regulation, and rebuilding trust, connection, and relational clarity.

Her work at Nuna is grounded, structured, and therapeutic. Lucia integrates breathwork, vocal expression, body awareness, movement, somatic tracking, and consent-based touch to help clients release stored emotional patterns, develop nervous system resilience, and cultivate a stable, embodied sense of self. These processes are designed to reduce reactivity, increase emotional regulation, and support meaningful, sustainable intimacy.

Lucia is also the creator of the Tantrikink® Methodology, a somatic framework that integrates elements of Tantra and conscious kink as tools for emotional integration, boundary development, and embodied self-leadership. While Tantrikink® trainings are taught through her academy and immersive programs, the clinical application of somatic intimacy work is expressed through her private practice at Nuna.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Lucia leads Sacred Love Temple, and is the visionary behind Sol y Luna Festival and Sol y Luna Retreat—experiential environments devoted to embodiment, ritual, and conscious community. Across all her spaces, her work is unified by a commitment to trauma-informed practice, consent, accountability, and somatic sovereignty.

Lucia Gabriela’s approach is practical, body-centered, and results-oriented. She guides clients in moving from dysregulation and disconnection into presence, emotional stability, and authentic relational capacity.
